As a counselling psychologist in Mumbai, I work with adults who look like they’re coping on the outside but are quietly burning out inside. Many struggle to say no, feel anxious even when nothing is “wrong,” or carry the pressure to be everything for everyone.

I understand this not just professionally, but personally too — I’ve walked through my own seasons of emotional overwhelm, and the the slow, tender work of finding myself again.
